"Social Spaces" Sponsorship

As described on this website, we offer a range of programs for persons with mental illness and some of that programming occurs throughout the week at our main location where we have a campus of three buildings on two adjacent sites in the St. Mary’s County Industrial Park in Hollywood, Md. One of the most important functions of programming at these sites is providing opportunity for social interaction for persons with mental illness. Originally planned for light industry, our sites are largely devoid of outdoors spaces conducive for interaction to occur. That’s what this fundraiser will help change. We want to create better suited, more attractive, outdoor spaces – what we’re calling “social spaces” - so we are soliciting support from area businesses and individuals in the form of either annual or one-time contributions to help us install and maintain sitting areas with decorative landscaping for the enjoyment of the persons we serve, staff, and visitors.

Contributions will be recognized with conspicuously placed, engraved outdoor plaques in garden perimeters. You can designate your sponsorship level on the designated form below that defines the categories of support that we hope you will consider with descriptions of the corresponding plaque. The plaque remains in place for at least one year or longer, depending upon consecutive years of sponsorship.

Pathways is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization so all donations are tax deductible. We are also registered as a charitable organization in the State of Maryland. All proceeds will be used to support outdoor improvements in the spaces used by persons with mental illness that we serve.  Donations will be acknowledged for tax purposes.

Please download the form provided below and submit the completed form and your tax-deductible contribution per instruction. We sincerely appreciate your support.
