Substitute Day Program Rehabilitation Associate
We promote the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of the individual through the shared exploration of pathways to healthy living.
Pathways currently has an opportunity available within our Community Services Program, which includes visiting individuals in their home or community, providing assistance with daily living skills, consumer advocacy, entitlement management, and transportation, when needed.
Hours are part-time and vary by program needs.
Preferred applicants will have appropriate education beyond high school and prior experience working with the mentally ill population. Minimum qualifications include a high school education, a demonstrated interest in the human services field, and a valid driver’s license with a driving record that is deemed insurable by the organization’s automobile liability insurance carrier.
