Residential Rehabilitation Associate

 

We promote the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of the individual through the shared exploration of pathways to healthy living.

We currently seek applicants for several opportunities available in our residential Program, which serves both the adult and adolescent/young populations.  Our Residential Program provides services in ten community-based homes located throughout St. Mary's County.  The selected candidates will provide support to individuals diagnosed with a serious mental illness who are living in a structured group home environment, assisting them with accomplishing personal rehabilitative goals and becoming more independent with their daily living skills.   

The following shifts are availableFull-time: Tuesday - Friday 2PM - 10PM; Saturday Noon-8PM

Full-time:  Monday - Thursday 2PM - 10PM; Friday 12PM - 8PM

Part-time: Saturday - Sunday 10AM - 6PM 

Part-time Substitute positions:  Hours are part-time and vary by program needs.

Preferred applicants will have appropriate education beyond high school and prior experience working with the mentally ill population.  Minimum qualifications include high school education, a demonstrated interest in the field, and a driver's license with a driving record that is deemed insurable by the organization's automobile liability insurance carrier.
