    Conditions of Employment

    • Driving Record Check - Pathways will verify that your driving record is deemed insurable by the organization’s automobile liability insurance carrier.

    • Criminal Background Check - Pathways will verify that you do not have a criminal record.
       
    • Tuberculin (TB) Test - This test must be done within the first 30 days of employment. You must have a NEGATIVE READING or proof of a chest X-ray.
